The Detroit Free Press reports on their old building, sharing that Bedrock, Dan Gilbert's comapny, is looking to rehab 321 W. Lafayette.
According to the reports, Gilbert's team says "reconstruction could begin in the second quarter and take two years, projecting a 2019 reopening date."
It's another Albert Kahn building being saved, ranking 14 stories and has been vacant since 1998. The building is said to be becoming offices and retail spaces.
